Terms & Conditions

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

“WPL” means Wheeler Packaging Limited
‘Buyer’ and or ‘Customer’ means the person who agrees to purchase goods from WPL subject to these Conditions (whose details may be set out in contract);
‘Contract’ means any contract for the supply of Goods or Services by the WPL to the Customer
‘Goods’ means any goods which are supplied by WPL including parts and components or materials incorporated in them.
‘Services’ means any services forming from the subject of this contract

Quotation

Quotations by WPL unless otherwise stated will be valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation.

Prices and quantity

The Prices for the Goods on WPL web site are ex-works and exclude insurance and carriage, VAT, and other taxes or duties. Prices invoiced are calculated in respect of the actual quantity of Goods or Services actually being delivered.

2.1 The WPL shall have the right to adjust its prices without notice due to increases in the price of raw materials, parts, labour, and transport, changes to delivery schedules or quantities or any other costs of any kind arising for any reason prior to delivery of the Goods or Services.
2.2 ‘Buyer’ and or ‘Customer ‘use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that all products and services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements and any specifications are complete and accurate.

Payment

The Customer shall not be entitled to cancel any Contract order accepted by WPL, except where such cancellation has been accepted, WPL shall be entitled to full payment under contract.

3.1 All invoices are payable by the Buyer without discount of any kind in pounds sterling by or before the stated date on WPL invoice.
3.2 WPL may withhold delivery of any outstanding Goods or Services ordered by the Customer until payment by way of cleared funds has been received in full.
3.3 By using one of our secure methods of payment you can be assured that your information will be processed safely. Whether using PayPal or Sage Pay (formerly Protx), we do not receive your credit card details. These are both well-tested, secure payment gateways that are independently audited by regulating authorities as well as VISA and MASTERCARD.

Shipping and Handling

Deliveries for orders placed and paid for by 12pm in the Mainland UK will endeavour to be despatched the same day by next day courier service where applicable, Personalised manufactured orders and pallets and cases will require a 2 to 4 day service, orders for other locations will be dispatched on a 2 to 4 day service.

4.1 WPL shall have no liability to the Customer for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to the goods supplied or delivered caused by any event or circumstance beyond WPL reasonable control.
4.2 All delivery times are times are estimated only and some postcodes in Scotland may find their orders take an extra 24 hours because of the distance that needs to be covered, also some parts of Scotland (Highlands) will require extra courier costs we will notify you if this is the case.

Back Orders

If for any reason we do not have sufficient stock to fulfil your order, we will back order for you and quote an estimated delivery date. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order with WPL if you would rather not wait.

Returning Goods

‘Buyer’ and or ‘Customer wishing to return goods (unless personalised) other than by way of an Order Cancellation must contact us by e-mail at sales@wheelerpackaging.co.uk for instructions. All returns must be sent recorded delivery with the buyer obtaining a proof of postage receipt or collection being agreed if possible by WPL. The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods if they have not been rejected on or before the 7th day after delivery. The Buyer shall not be entitled to reject the Goods in whole or in part after such time.
6.1 Orders for Goods or Services which have to be manufactured specifically for the Customer will be charged in full unless written notice of cancellation is received by WPL no later than 7 days before the issued delivery date quoted by WPL upon order confirmation, provided manufacture of the order or its components has not yet commenced at the date of that notice.

General

All pictures displayed on WPL website are a representation of the item and may vary for the image displayed.
- 7.1 Offers and Promotions Online can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
- 7.2 Unauthorised use of WPL website is prohibited and could rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence
- 7.3 WPL takes no responsibility and will not be liable for the website being unavailable at any time.

Changes To These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Please review these Terms periodically for changes.
