Timber Pallet Collars

Pallet Collars are hinged at each corner so they can fold flat when not in use. They are readily available in standard sizes or they be can custom made to your exact requirements.

They can be used in any warehouse racking system where a pallet is used.

They are a simple and cost effective solution reducing the risk of manual handling injuries.

The sides of the container are adjusted gradually as products are placed inside. This eliminates the need to bend over high bin sides.

All Timber is heat treated complying with ISPM15 regulations.

The following are new STANDARD sized Collars.

• Collar Size: 800 x 600mm / Board Thickness 20mm / Standard Height 195mm
  Internal Collar Size: 760 x 560 x 190mm


• Collar Size: 1200 x 800mm / Board Thickness 20mm / Standard Height 195mm
  Internal Collar Size: 1160 x 760 x 190mm


• Collar Size: 1200 x 1000mm / Board Thickness 20mm / Standard Height 195mm
  Internal Collar Size: 1160 x 960 x 190mm

We can also supply Used/Re Cycled Pallet Collars which offer a cost effective and extremely popular alternative to New Collars.

Please note as we cannot guarantee that all second hand collars are heat treated, they are not suitable for export.
