Plywood Riveted Cases

Our plywood riveted cases have corner strips which allow the sleeve to be folded down so they can arrive to you in a flat-packed form enabling the customer to store a greater volume of cases without taking up a large area of warehouse space. Assembly of these Riveted cases is very quick and easy. The lid, sleeve and base can then be nailed or screwed together. Ssometimes customers also opt to use plastic strapping to secure these cases.

The assembly operation should take you no more than a few minutes from start to finish, depending on how you fix the sleeve, base and lid together.

Manufactured from 6mm birch plywood panels for the sleeve and lid (although we often also use 5mm and an 8mm for more heavy duty items). Then we use steel corner strips and rivets for the sleeve and the timber battens for the lid are nailed.

The Timber base used for the riveted case is most commonly a 2WE but can also be a 4WE, close or open boarded pallet. The boards can vary in thickness depending on your requirements and generally the pallet bearers we use will be 100 x 50mm or 100 x 75mm.

There are multiple case sizes we can offer but if you have a bespoke size you would like some pricing on please do give us a call. We can offer you more heavy duty cases or more light weight cases and we will be able to suggest some money saving options where possible, such as the base design and plywood grade. We can also supply these cases in small one-off quantities or much larger quantities such as 500 off at great value for money.

All Timber used is ISPM15 compliant (heat treated).
