• How can I purchase items from you?
Orders can be placed by phone or by emailing a purchase order to sales@wheeler-packaging.co.uk. A new e-purchasing facility will be available via the website in 2014.
• I cannot see the products I require. Do you stock them?
If you cannot see what you are looking for please call or email and we will do or best to source it for you.
• What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments by cheque and BACS.
• Can I buy in bulk?
Many of our customers buy in bulk to make savings. Please contact us to find out more.
• What are your delivery methods?
We deliver locally using our own 3.5 tonne transport and we use UK courier services for smaller items.
• Do you deliver outside the UK?
Sorry, but we deliver to the UK only.
• What is the lead time for bespoke package cases?
The lead time varies depending on your requirements. We can take on urgent jobs when capacity allows, so give us a call to find out more.
